Coaching Staff
Jordan Frank
12U & 14U Head Coach
Hailing from Humble, Texas, Jordan began his lacrosse journey at Atascocita High School, graduating in 2021 as an All-State defensive standout. He went on to play NCAA Division II lacrosse at Georgian Court University in Lakewood Township, NJ, where, throughout his four-year tenure (2022–2025), he earned recognition as a dependable, experienced defensive leader who helped anchor the Lions’ back line. Now, Jordan brings that same passion, strength, and love for the game back home, committed to empowering local youth with the skills, confidence, and team-first spirit that his own journey was built on.
Sam Moore
8U & 10U Head Coach
Coach Moore leads our youngest players, emphasizing fun, fundamentals, and a positive team culture. He develops stick skills, movement in space, and game awareness so players grow steadily and enjoy competing.
Daquan Boston
12U & 14U Assistant Coach
Coach Boston is a U.S. Army veteran who brings discipline, fitness, and teamwork to the 12U team. He trains daily and enjoys MMA classes, emphasizing physical readiness and a commitment to giving your best effort. A former defensive middie, he fell in love with the game’s pace and skill, spending hours on wall ball and skill work. He is excited to build players’ confidence, camaraderie, and love for lacrosse.
Ben Workman
8U & 10U Assistant Coach
Coach Workman transitioned from soccer and tennis to collegiate lacrosse at Calvin College, where he played midfield and attack. His teams won their division and reached nationals three times, and he earned First Team All-Conference Midfield honors twice. He brings that experience to help young athletes build fundamentals, lacrosse IQ, and confidence.

Jet Long
12U & 14U Assistant Coach
We're thrilled to have Jet join us as an Assistant Coach! A true product of our local lacrosse community, Jet grew up in Atascocita and starred for Atascocita High School's varsity lacrosse team, wearing #99 in attack. After graduating in the Class of 2023, he continued his lacrosse journey as a midfielder at Hendrix College in Arkansas. For years, Jet has been deeply involved in coaching, supporting youth players and local high school programs. He's now back where it all started, bringing firsthand experience as a former youth, high school, and collegiate athlete.
