TryLax is a free community event designed to introduce new players to lacrosse! Our coaches will guide you through the basics in a fun, no-pressure environment.

No experience needed!
No equipment needed! (We'll lend you a stick.)
No cost required.

This event is open to all K–8 athletes. Veterans: bring your friends! Every friend you bring earns you lax cash!

Walk-ins are welcome, but registering helps us plan and makes sure we can follow up with you about future opportunities!

SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 💪

We're excited to open our Summer Strength & Conditioning program, not just for current lacrosse players, but for their friends too! Expect focused training sessions, and yes, sometimes with a lax stick in your hand.

🦅Grades 3–5 and Grades 6–8; boys and girls welcome
🗓️ July 20 - August 9 from 7–8:30 PM
📍 Atascocita High School Football Field
🌧️ Rainout = $20 credit toward fall season
