Join Us for TryLax! 🥍

TryLax is a free community event designed to introduce new players to lacrosse! Our coaches will guide you through the basics in a fun, no-pressure environment.

No experience needed!
No equipment needed! (We'll lend you a stick.)
No cost required.

This event is open to all K–8 athletes. Veterans: bring your friends! Every friend you bring earns you lax cash!

Walk-ins are welcome, but registering helps us plan and makes sure we can follow up with you about future opportunities!

SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Train Hard. Play Smart. 💪

We're excited to open our Summer Strength & Conditioning program, not just for current lacrosse players, but for their friends too! Expect focused training sessions, and yes, sometimes with a lax stick in your hand.

🦅Grades 3–5 and Grades 6–8; boys and girls welcome
🗓️ July 20 - August 9 from 7–8:30 PM
📍 Atascocita High School Football Field
🌧️ Rainout = $20 credit toward fall season

📣 PE Teachers — Grant Deadline: July 30!

In May, LHL teamed up with USA Lacrosse to provide professional development training for more than 50 Humble ISD PE teachers. Now, every teacher who attended can apply for a grant to get free lacrosse equipment for their school, with no cost to them or their school.

Do you know a PE teacher at a Humble ISD campus? Please share this with them and encourage them to apply. Free gear means more kids get to play!

Summer Camp Was a Success! 🏕️🥍

Our first-ever LHL Summer Camp is officially in the books and it was truly something special. Three nights of great coaching, big energy, and athletes who showed up ready to work and have fun.

Thank you to all of our coaches, our incredible volunteers, and every athlete who brought the energy each night. You made this camp one for the record books.
